I forgot my password — what should I do?

Don’t worry, resetting your password is very easy.

Resetting Your Password

1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Click the link sent to your inbox (valid for 30 minutes)
4. Set your new password
5. Sign in again

If the Email Didn’t Arrive

• 📬 Check your spam/junk folder
• ⏱️ Wait up to 5 minutes (it usually arrives within 1–2 minutes)
• 📧 Add [email protected] to your contacts
• 🔄 Send a new request (previous links become invalid)

If You Still Can’t Get In

If you don’t have access to your email:

1. Write to [email protected]
2. Include your KYC details (national ID number, date of birth)
3. You’ll be given a way to access your account

Tips for a Secure Password

• 🔐 At least 8 characters
• 🔢 Include numbers
• 🔠 Mix upper and lower case letters
• 🔣 Special characters (!?@#)
• ❌ NO guessable information like your birth date or name
