How do I change my password?

We recommend changing your password regularly (at least every 6 months).

Changing Your Password

1. Go to My Account → Security → Password
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter your new password twice
4. Save
5. You’re automatically signed out of all devices → you need to sign in again

Strong Password Rules

• 🔢 At least 8 characters
• 🔠 Upper and lower case letters
• 🔣 At least 1 number
• ⚡ At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
• ❌ Common passwords (123456, password) are rejected

When Should You Change It?

• 📅 Every 6 months (periodically)
• 🚨 When you receive a suspicious sign-in alert
• 🔓 If your password was leaked on another platform
• 👥 If you shared it with anyone
• 🌍 If you signed in from a public computer

Use a Password Manager

You need a different, complex password on every platform. That’s hard to manage manually. Password managers are the solution:

• 💰 1Password — Premium, very convenient
• 💰 LastPass — Widely used
• 🔐 KeePassXC — Completely offline, free

Emergencies

If you lost your password and your account wasn’t stolen: use the "Forgot Password" link.
