How do I change my email address?

If you want to change your email address, follow these steps.

Changing Your Email

1. Go to My Account → Settings → Email
2. Enter your current password (for security)
3. Enter your new email address
4. Click the verification link sent to the new address (valid for 30 minutes)
5. The change is complete

What Is Affected?

• 📨 All notifications go to the new address
• 🔑 Password resets are sent to the new address
• 📋 Order confirmations are sent to the new address
• 🔐 If you have 2FA, it stays on (changing your email doesn’t affect 2FA)

If It Couldn’t Be Changed

• The new email may already be used by another user
• If you no longer have access to the old email, open a support ticket
• If you’re KYC-verified, you’ll be verified with your identity details
