How is IBAN verification done?

Your IBAN is verified with your first withdrawal request. This is a critical security step to make sure the money goes to the right account.

The IBAN Verification Process

1. When you submit your withdrawal request, your IBAN is saved
2. The system matches your bank + name
3. It’s expected to match your registered identity details
4. If it’s verified automatically, the approval process starts
5. If manual verification is needed, an admin reviews it (2–4 hours)

Verification Criteria

• ✅ The IBAN must be registered in your name (must match the name in your KYC)
• ✅ It must be an active account
• ✅ It must be at a bank in Türkiye
• ✅ The format must be correct (26 characters starting with TR)

Changing Your IBAN

If you want to use a different IBAN for your second withdrawal:

1. Enter the new IBAN
2. The system verifies it again
3. It checks again that it’s in your name
4. The first withdrawal may take 2–4 hours

Common Mistakes

• ❌ An IBAN in someone else’s name (mother, father, spouse)
• ❌ A company IBAN (if different from your personal account)
• ❌ A closed account
• ❌ An incorrectly entered IBAN (missing/extra digits)
