How do I withdraw my site balance to my bank account?

You can safely withdraw your site balance to your bank account. The process is completed within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Steps

1. Go to My Account → My Wallet → Withdrawal Request
2. Enter the withdrawal amount (min. 50 TRY)
3. Enter your IBAN
4. Add the bank name + account holder name (your own name)
5. Submit the request

Requirements

• ✅ KYC approval is mandatory — Unverified accounts can’t withdraw
• ✅ The IBAN must be registered in your name
• ✅ A minimum balance of 50 TRY
• ✅ An active bank account

The Process

1. Request submitted — An admin reviews it
2. Approved — The bank transfer is started
3. Completed — The money is in your account

Timing Details

• 📅 Approval: 2–6 hours during business hours
• 🏦 Bank transfer: 1–2 business days
