Withdrawal requests can be rejected for various reasons. Here are the common causes and their solutions:
1. KYC Missing / Not Approved
Solution: Upload your documents under My Account → Security → KYC and wait for approval.
2. IBAN Name Mismatch
If the IBAN isn’t in your name, the withdrawal can’t be made. A parent’s or spouse’s account can’t be used.
Solution: Open a bank account in your own name and try again with the correct IBAN.
3. Suspected Unusual Activity
The system may have detected several suspicious transactions:
- Too many transactions in a short time
- Withdrawing newly added funds right away
- Transactions from different IP addresses
Solution: Open a support ticket and explain the situation.
4. Insufficient Balance
The amount you requested may be higher than your balance (including pending orders).
Solution: Wait for pending orders to complete or request a smaller amount.
5. Legal Limit Exceeded
The monthly limit (50,000 TRY) may have been reached.
Solution: Try again next month.
6. Account Suspended
If your account is under review, withdrawals can’t be made.
Solution: Contact [email protected].
