A withdrawal has 3 stages. The total time is 1–3 business days.
Stages
1. Request Review (2–6 hours)
The admin team reviews your request:
- KYC status is checked
- The balance is checked for sufficiency
- It’s checked for unusual activity
- It’s approved, or an explanation is requested
2. Bank Transfer (1–2 business days)
- Same day via FAST
- A standard transfer takes 1 business day
- EFT depends on banking hours
3. Arrival in Your Account
- Same bank: instantly or within hours
- Different bank: within 1 business day
