How do I track my sales?

On OyunTicareti you can track your sales with detailed reports.

Sales Management Panel

On the My Account → My Sales page:

• 📦 A list of all orders
• 🔍 Filtering (date, status, product)
• 💰 Monthly/yearly revenue
• 📊 Charts and trends
• ⭐ The ratings you’ve received

On the Order Details Page

• Buyer information (store name only)
• Payment status
• Message history
• Deliver/cancel actions

What You Need to Do

1. Respond quickly to orders in Pending status
2. When you confirm, tell the buyer the delivery method
3. When you deliver, press the "Delivered" button
4. When the buyer confirms, the payment goes to your balance

Performance Metrics

• 📈 Response time — How long it takes you to reply on average
• ✅ Completion rate — The percentage of orders you complete
• ⭐ Average rating — Overall customer satisfaction
