There are a few reasons why your listing may have been deactivated. Here are the common causes and their solutions:
1. Out of Stock
For listings with stock, the listing is automatically deactivated when stock drops to 0. You can reactivate it by adding new stock.
2. It Expired
Some listings are published for a set period. When it ends they are deactivated; you can bring them back with the "Reactivate" button.
3. Closed by an Admin
It may have been closed after a rule violation or a complaint. The reason is written on the Notifications page.
4. Closed by You
You may have pressed the "Deactivate" button by mistake. You can reactivate it from the My Listings page.
5. Your Account Is Suspended
If your account is suspended, all listings are deactivated. Open a support ticket to find out why.
Reactivating
- Go to the My Listings page
- Press the "Activate" button next to the inactive listing
- Fill in any missing information
- Save → live after approval
