How do I raise my store rating?

A high store rating is the most important way to earn buyers’ trust.

The Rating System

Your store rating is shown as stars out of 5. After each completed order, the buyer can give 1–5 stars.

For a High Rating

1. Reply quickly — Answer messages within 1–2 hours
2. Write honest descriptions — Don’t promise features that aren’t there
3. Deliver quickly — Share the details quickly for manual listings
4. Be professional — Avoid careless messages or rude behavior
5. Focus on solving problems — Be understanding when a refund or issue comes up

Seller Levels

You level up step by step based on your number of sales:

• 🥉 Bronze Seller — Just starting out
• 🥈 Silver Seller — 50+ sales
• 🥇 Gold Seller — 200+ sales
• 💎 Platinum Seller — 500+ sales
• 💠 Diamond Seller — 1000+ sales

When I Get a Negative Rating

• 📨 First contact the buyer and offer a solution
• 🔄 If you solve the problem, the buyer can update their review
• 📞 If you think it’s unfair, open a support ticket
