How does my store rating / star system work?

On OyunTicareti every seller has a star rating out of 5. This rating is the most important way to earn buyers’ trust.

How Are Ratings Given?

1. When the buyer completes their order, they can leave a review
2. They choose 1–5 stars
3. They can write a comment (optional)
4. They can add images to the review
5. The review can be edited within 24 hours

What the Stars Mean

• ⭐ 1 star: A very bad experience
• ⭐⭐ 2 stars: Bad, problematic
• ⭐⭐⭐ 3 stars: Average, acceptable
• ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 stars: Good, satisfied
• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars: Excellent

What’s Shown on the Store Profile

• Average rating (decimal: 4.7, 4.8, etc.)
• Total number of reviews
• Recent reviews
• Reviews with images (highlighted)

Responding to a Negative Review

When you get a negative review:

1. Stay calm
2. First contact the buyer — solve the problem
3. If the problem is solved, the buyer can update their review
4. If it isn’t solved, reply to the review (politely)
5. If it’s insulting or false, open a support ticket

When Reviews Are Removed

• ❌ Reviews containing insults
• ❌ False/defamatory reviews (claims that can’t be backed up with evidence)
• ❌ Off-topic reviews
• ❌ Reviews containing personal information

Tips for a High Rating
