My card was charged but the funds weren’t added to my balance

This is rare, but it can happen. Most of the time it fixes itself within 1–2 hours.

First, Check the Following

1. Open My Account → My Wallet → Transaction History
2. See if there’s a transaction in "Pending" status
3. Check whether you received an SMS from your bank
4. Look for the iyzico/PayTR confirmation email in your inbox

Wait 1–2 Hours

Bank authorization is sometimes processed late. Usually:

• iyzico: 5–30 minutes
• PayTR: 1–2 hours
• Bank transfer (EFT): During banking hours

If It Still Hasn’t Been Added

1. Connect to Live Support or email [email protected]
2. Have the following ready:
   • Transaction date/time
   • Amount
   • Bank receipt/screenshot
   • Last 4 digits of the card
3. The support team resolves it within 2–4 hours

The Refund Process

If the transaction failed, the bank refunds it automatically within 3–7 business days. Don’t worry, your money is safe.
