How do I add funds by bank transfer (EFT)?

Bank transfer (EFT) is one of the safest payment methods. There’s no commission, but it requires a little manual work.

Steps

1. Go to My Account → My Wallet → Add Funds
2. Choose the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option
3. Enter the amount
4. Use the bank account details shown to you
5. Be sure to write the special code in the description field (e.g. OT-12345)
6. Make your transfer
7. Send a "Notification" with the receipt attached

Approval Time

• 🟢 Same bank: 5–30 minutes
• 🟡 Different bank: 1–4 hours (during business hours)
• 🔴 Weekends/holidays: The first business day

• 📌 If you don’t write the description, the transaction is investigated manually (causing a delay)
• 📌 Sending from an ATM isn’t recommended — the description isn’t visible
• 📌 Only send from an account registered in your own name
